We’ve all received a pot of flowers this week from the boss. A simple kind gesture that brightens everyone up. I was talking to a coworker and she told me about one of her jobs back in the day… It was in her contract that she would receive fresh flowers every Monday morning. Now how amazing would that be? To receive flowers regularly. Why is it that they bring so much joy into people’s lives?

I’m flying up north to Seattle this weekend to visit my great aunt. Maybe I should take up some flowers.
